So, it's been a while since my last post, however I've recently been able to get back into the swing of things!
To be honest, I've had a few designs on the side for a while, and the above is just one of them! Bigger doesn't always mean better, however in this case, that's exactly what I've gone for, because why not have a larger version of 'double trouble' . . .
We're Too Cute Budgie Cushion . . . Now in Colour
This unique handmade budgie cushion measuring 48cm x 48cm, features two delightful budgies looking perfectly pretty on their perch. Will fit a cushion filler 50cm x 50cm (as photographed!)
The print to the front has been produced from a drawing I have made. The drawing has been tweaked digitally, coloured then printed. You can very much see there the artistic nature of the birds i.e. that I have drawn them. The vibrant colours of each bird are semi-realistic and add a tasteful twist to complement to the drawings. The birds are mainly printed in a variety of dark blue/purple tones with colour applied.
The reverse of the cushion is a light weight mid-blue linen fabric, matching a few of the birds on the front.
This zipped budgie cushion cover allows easy access for washing and changing out the cushion filler.
As this budgie cushion is handmade, there may be a few minor differences between cushions.
