I bought this scarf as a present for my cousin as she love budgies. Jenny was very helpful and made sure that the scarf arrived in time for my cousin's birthday even though it was a last minute purchase. The item is great. Fantastic quality and very well wrapped and boxed. There were no grey scarves available so I messaged Jenny and within 2 days there were more and she messaged me to let me know they were available. Great service, great product.

It was really great to work with Jenny and she made a really lovely custom cushion of her three pets for my sister-in-law who loved it. She was amazingly patient with revisions was able to do it in a very fast turn around. I would highly recommend her work and she has a lovely style.

I bought 2 different examples of this scarf; colors are wonderful and the design so fun and pretty! The presentation was also noteworthy, with each item gently wrapped, and all tied with a budgie-ribbon bow. Lovely!

I ordered a bespoke pet cushion with Jenny for my sisters birthday, and I must say we were both thrilled - me with the fabulous customer service from Jenny and the communications received, and my sister with her new favourite cushion.
